Spinning Frames

Fussy cut images from any collection and set in these Spinning Frames.

Highly recommend AnglePlay A template.

If you choose to use a ruler different than recommended, cutting directions may need to be altered.

NOTE - Gold, Red and Black strips for SPIKES - should be cut at 3" when using paper template or AnglePlay Template A. You should still yield 16 shapes per WOF strip. Only 7 black strips are needed.
