Accommodations (includes breakfast and dinner):

a. Dormitory Style (2 to a room if you choose) - provide your own linens : $325
   Add linens provided for $17.50

b. Private/Guest Room w/Queen Size Bed and Linens provided : $400

Food:

Vegetarian Breakfast 8:30am and Dinner 5pm provided by the camp Tues, Wed, and Thursday.

Monday - Supper at 5:30pm; Friday breakfast at 8am.  Alternate protein options available upon request.

Hot Beverage Bar for Breakfast.

Kitchenette available for lunch and snack time. We mostly just snack and share.

Gluten Free and Vegan options available. Indicate food sensitivities/allergies 1 month prior to event.

Given the amount of noise the machines make, conversations are requested to be kept on a one-on-one level.
The cafeteria area has seating around a large fireplace for an additional place to relax.
Hot Tub quiet time 10pm
Pool access available upon request--recommend swimming with a buddy as there is no life guard on duty.

Project Options:

Sewing and Quilting (please refrain from bringing machine embroidery due to noise level)
Do your own! Bring whatever you'd like to work on. One table per person.
If instruction is desired, please contact Marlene with your interests.

Bring your own machine and project supplies. Some bring their own sewing table and chair or seat support.
You may order any goods off this website or call ahead for items that may not be online, and have them delivered at the retreat.

Deposits Due June 1, 2025
Dorm room: $150
Guest room/Apt: $200

Balance will be due September 1, 2025

Cancellation policy: If we are under 30 attendees, $125 deposit will be non-refundable. We expect over 40 (already have almost 40 on the interest list), so I don't anticipate this to be a problem, but we needed to come up with a policy. If over 30 registrants and you have an emergency, we would be happy to roll your deposit to the next retreat. Maximum capacity is 42.
