Dear friend of KISSed Quilts,
 Enjoyed some special time with my sister, Donna, while in California at the Pacific International Quilt Festival.
Our (Nancy and I) 24 Karat Rondure quilt was juried into the traditional category.
Unfortunately I was probably exposed to something during the trip and by Sunday evening wasn't feeling great. Monday morning it hit hard, so I've been laying pretty low this week. I did get orders out, but have basically been trying to recover by staying fairly quiet at home ...I mean I couldn't even work on stuff at home!

Sew-ins --Due to the heat ...there may not be any until it begins to cool down. If seriously interested in attending on the chance it is in the 80s on a Monday ....let me know and I'll keep you posted. As we get closer to mid-month we may be able to get in there. If coming to shop in-person--please text or call me ahead of time with an ETA so I can be sure to be at the shop. (Thank you!)
Renovations are proceeding, so sometimes I'm up at 219, so please--just call if you show up to 301 and I'm not there. My perspective of the situation is still trying to be positive. Please don't lose hope on us. I've had lots of new fabrics arrive but I just don't have space for them in 301. I'll continue to add to the website for now.
