2021 - 04 - Spring has Sprung! -

Welcome to Spring!

Thanks to Debbie J. for bringing in this beautiful Spring Colored Lone Star for me to quilt and finish.
That lime flannel wideback sneaking around the edge from the wind is available here.

I have a question--do you do machine embroidery? I've been asked to consider being a Kimberbell dealer. I need to know if you're interested in a monthly or some frequency of meeting i.e. embroidery club where we are in the classroom and I offer dealer exclusive designs as part of the club or even would commit to purchase kits from the exclusive. Please respond to this email with your interest. This will only work if we have several who are interested and willing to commit. You'll get to be a part of what is selected for the club to do!

Beautiful new fabrics have arrived! Don't miss some of the details below or click on the link to view them all directly.

U.S. Tour of all 50 states is still happening. Direct links for all blocks released to date have been updated on my original announcement blog post. Are you making these?

We've moved into Phase 3 here in Grant County, WA! Whoo hoo! All that means is that we're at 50% capacity indoors. Given the size of the shop, that doesn't really change much (HA!). If you are able to wear a mask, please do so. Appointments are still welcomed and ordering online for curbside pickup or shipping continues as needed. Need to make a fresh supply of masks? 1/4" black elastic and 1/8" black and 1/8" white elastic is available by the yard. There is also 60" Pellon 911FF non-woven interfacing available. All of these can easily be shipped as well.  Orders totalling $75 or more ship free.

In April I typically am at Lutherhaven (currently scheduled April 13-18). Although I won't be attending, I am going to be sewing outside of the shop so shopping in person will only be available by appointment April 12-16. If coming from afar, I'm happy to meet you. If local, please try to get your shopping in by April 9 or wait until the 19th. Thanks for your understanding.

Triple Fish Challenge on Banks Lake (local) is April 17 and 18. If your family is coming to town to participate, I'm happy to take appointments for the 16th or 18th. Lots of new fishing related fabrics are available. Quilt below was a prior version of fabrics, but could be made up in a similar fashion with new fabrics on the left. The pattern is a variation of Turning Twenty Around the Block. Modified instructions and original patterns available.

For the younger set - Fishy Fishy made up in the Zoe pattern and Fish Tales wall hanging by McKenna Ryan - kits available--just ask!.

Thanks for checking out all the new stuff below too, may you all have a wonderful Spring full of new life and adventures!
