2020 - 05 - Interfacing and Opportunity to Join me online

Survival!
KISSed Quilts Spring Studio ViewHow are you doing? Flowers are beginning to bloom here in Grand Coulee and I'm back to quilting in the shop most days. Thank you to those who have been shopping on the website. I've done more shipping in recent weeks and done lots of curbside and local deliveries as well.

Just in is more interfacing (sold out quickly last month) Pellon 911FF ...a fusible non-woven interfacing great as an addition to your masks. Fuse this to one piece of your stylish/meaningful cotton fabric and use a batik on the other  side. This non-woven interfacing is in such scarce supply that the 60" roll was the only option available. This is $6.40/yd but contact me for quantity discounts starting at 5 yd increments.

Did you catch my series of videos online on how to do binding completely by machine? Find them on my KISSed Quilts Facebook page or on IGTV. Designers are giving tips all week. Find the complete lineup on my blog.

Open Sew Activities - SPECIAL INVITE
Anyone up for a 'Zoom' sew-in?
Sew-in - May 11 - 9am
Interested in joining a virtual sew-in via ZOOM? I've been learning new technologies and given our stay at home, stay healthy has been extended, I'd like to experiment by doing a sew-in via Zoom. Just think -- don't have to pack anything up, just set your computer/device up in your sewing room and let's chat, show what we're working on...maybe you have a question and would like some input. This is open to not just locals --anybody! Use the link below or just reply to this email and let me know you'd like a personal invitation to the zoom meeting. If you've not used it before, the link I send you, will allow you into the room--so tell me what email to send it to so that you can access the link directly from your email. This will work from various devices and computers. It is available from 9am-9:40am. We normally run until 4pm in our regular in-person sew-ins so depending upon how many people want to join, we will figure out how to extend beyond that time but it will depend upon the numbers of people. I can setup a 40 min. meeting for a lot of people for free, so we'll start there. I'm looking forward to finishing up my #365 challenge project. I'll send the link on Sunday 5pm Pacific. If you have requested a link and not received it by then, please email me again Sunday after 5pm or direct message me on Instagram or Facebook Messenger. My phone is below so you can always call and we'll get it figured out. Looking forward to seeing some of you!

If this works, we may be able to start doing classes this way.
I want to join you for the ZOOM Meet!
